PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant-volume dividing apparatus for an ingredient capable of giving a Harumaki (egg dough wrapped around minced vegetables, meat, or the like, and fried in deep fat) having the palatability close to a hand-made Harumaki and uniformizing the weight of the divided ingredient. SOLUTION: An ingredient mixed in a hopper 1 is introduced from a receiving port 13 into a cylinder 11 with a force-feed pump 15 and, at the same time, a piston 12 is retracted by a prescribed length. A delivery port 14 is closed with an ingredient transfer piston 8 by this operation. Accordingly, a prescribed amount of divided ingredient is filled in the cylinder 11. The receiving port 13 is closed, the delivery port 14 is opened and the piston 12 is forwarded to push out the unit ingredient into an ingredient transfer cylinder 7. Since the longitudinal direction of a thin and long material such as bamboo shoot is directed in the transfer direction by the forced transfer with the force-feed pump 15 and the section, or the like, into the cylinder 11 is performed by keeping the above state, the ingredient is formed while keeping the longitudinal direction of the material in the longitudinal direction of the unit ingredient. The cutting of the ingredient is performed only at a narrow part formed by a shutter 16 to close the receiving port 13 and the dividing amount is restricted by the moving length of the piston 12 to uniformize the weight of the divided ingredient. |
