PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a mold manufacturing cost and a mold weight by simplifying a structure of a press mold, and shortening the numbers of mold designing and manufacturing days, to eliminate a maintenance of a hydraulic system and to prevent a failure to draw via trimming and piercing according to wrong operating conditions of a hydraulic cylinder or the like. SOLUTION: A plurality of blade bearers 47, 48 are formed at a lower mold 42 of a press mold 41. A plurality of trimming blades 52 and piercing blades 51 are fixed to a positioned opposed to blade bearers 47, 48 of an upper mold 43. A molding pad 54 is vertically movably provided at the mold 43. The pad 54 is movably provided at a molding position where the blade 52 or the blade 51 is not projected by a spacer 59 and a trimming or piercing position where the blade 52 or the blade 51 is not projected. The pad 54 is urged by a spring 57 toward the opposed mold 42.
