PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely hold a bar-like frame at an end face of a protrusion-like fixing portion for supporting the frame in a mold by utilizing a magnetic attraction force of a magnet by easily, inexpensively manufacturing the fixing portion in such a manner that its end face is formed in a flat surface. SOLUTION: The mold for foam molding by casting a foam resin raw material in a closed mold in the state that a bar-like frame 4 such as a slit wire or the like is held on a fixing portion 5 by projecting the portion 5 for holding the frame 4 on an inner surface of the closable mold is constituted by forming the end face 5a of the portion 5 in a flat surface, arranging a magnet 6 of a neodymium having a coercive force of 0.5 tesla or more in the portion 5, and holding the frame 4 at the end face 5a only by a magnetic attraction force of the magnet 6.
