PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated sludge filtration device capable of continuing smooth filtration by preventing the closure of a filtered water flow passage by deposition and solidification of activated sludge on a secondary side of a filter body and discharging the activated sludge on the secondary side to the outside of the system. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a communicating pipe 20 which communicates at one end 21 with filtered water take-out ports 6A, 6B of the filtered body 1 and communicates at the other end 25 with the inside of a tank in which an activated sludge liquid mixture is stored and a means 30 for introducing and discharging air into and from the air reserving section 22 of this communicating pipe 20. The device is also provided with a means 8 for introducing washing water to the filtered water side of the filter body 1.
