PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out practicing the finger-pressure alone at home by connecting a bar for a fulcrum, a bar with projections for finger-pressure, and a bar for pulling with the hands, with a supporting frame. SOLUTION: A bar 1 for a fulcrum, a bar 2 with projections 6 for practicing the finger-pressure, and a bar 4 for pulling with the hands are connected with a supporting frame 3. The bar 4 for pulling with the hands is connected through a supporting bar 5 with the supporting frame 3 and is rotatable around the supporting bar 5. A user lies on his face, puts the bar 1 for the fulcrum under his body, and positions the bar 2 with projections 6 for practicing the finger- pressure on any part that he desires to practice the finger-pressure. When the bar 4 is pulled downward, the projections 6 practice the finger-pressure on lumbago sections. The bars 1, 2, 3 form relations of the fulcrum, a point of action, a point of force to multiply the force and to effectively practice the finger-pressure with a light force. Even when a helper uses this device, he can use it with light force and an effective finger-pressure can be realized at home.
