PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make warm moderately immediately after using, make a user hard to get used to the thermal stimulation, prevent low-temperature scald and use it effectively by setting a high air-permeable part made of a high air- permeable sheet and a low air-permeable part made of a low air-permeable sheet on the surface layer. SOLUTION: Setting a heating element 4 between an air permeable surface layer 2 and a rear face 3, a disposable body warmer 1 is constructed. The surface layer 2 is constructed of a high air-permeable part 21 made of a high air-permeable sheet and a low air-permeable part 22 made of a low air- permeable sheet. The high air-permeable part 21 is set on about the center of a surface layer 2 and it is desirable that the shape of it is similar to the plane shape of the disposable body warmer 1. The low air-permeable part 22 is set on the outside of periphery to form the whole face of the surface layer 2. That time, it is desirable that the ratio of both areas (low air-permeable part 22/high air-permeable part 21) is 10 or more. And the difference of air permeability between the high air-permeable sheet and the low air-permeable sheet is 200 g/m 2-24 hr. Thus it is possible to avoid waste of heat, preventing burn and insensitivity to the thermal stimulation.
