PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber connecting flange of air conveyor which does not generate a gap between air tables of adjoining chambers when they are coupled by screw and is free of swelling of air table in its connection part. SOLUTION: An air conveyor for connecting together chambers 1 having square section whose oversurfaces constitute an air table 10 has a chamber connecting flange including independent flange members 2 of L-section which are fastened to the left side face, right side face, and lower side faces excluding the air table 10 among the open end outside surface of the chamber 1 by mechanical elements either directly or through any other member(s), wherein each flange member 2 is movable for adjustment in the chamber longitudinal direction for the distance corresponding to the gap between a through hole 22 formed on one side of the member 2 and the shaft 30 of each mechanical element inserted into the through hole 22.
