PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform a plurality of working items for assembly using a comparatively narrow working space, respond to change of the process quickly, and enhance the working efficiency. SOLUTION: A plurality of working plates are previously accommodated in a rack formed in the casing 108 of a stocker 100, and using an elevator, the desired working plate is positioned at the level of an opening 114 provided in the casing 108 as a drawout hole. As it is possible to draw out onto a plate placing table 164 of a working table 102, a plurality of working items can be performed on a single working table 102, and a plurality of working plates corresponding to the working items can be accommodated in a plurality of stages on the rack 142. Thereby the working space can be extremely lessened.
