PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount caps with tubes of different lengths by easy operation and a simple structure to be applicable in correspondence with respective lengths. SOLUTION: A mounting shaft 3 is provided in parallel with a main shaft 8 in the vicinity of a holding means 2 provided to a machine body 1, and a lifting member 4 is mounted to this mounting shaft 3 in a vertically movable manner. A first shaft 13 and a second shaft 14 are projected from the lifting means 4 at an upper and a lower parts thereof, and an operating member 5 is provided which causes these first and second shafts to move up and down in association therewith, respectively. A tube gripper 6 is mounted to the second shaft 14 of this operating member 5, and a regulating member 7 for regulating the vertically moving distance of the first shaft 13 is provided to the first shaft 13.
