PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from being damaged in an accommodation state by forming an accommodation sheet main body such that a flexible material cushion sheet provided with a transparent plastics material cover sheet is spread over a square plastics material frame of relative rigidity. SOLUTION: A cushion sheet comprising nonwoven fabric is joined on one side surface of relatively rigid frame 2 made of a rigid plastics material, and a first transparent plastics cover sheet 4 is located and joined to the outside thereof. The cover sheet 4 has a cut line 6 for disk insertion part. In addition, peripheral material 11 connected by flexible connection strips 12 is provided on the outside of a vertical frame part of the frame 2. As such, the frame 2 has rigidity relatively, as a result, a disk can be protected from an excessive external force because the file sheet 1 bends when a page is turned over. Furthermore, since the connection strips 12 have flexibility, pages can be turned over without hindrance.
