MANUAL MEASURING DEVICE FOR SEAL OPENING STRENGTH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a manual measuring device for measuring a seal opening strength in which a seal opening strength when an operator actually opens the seal can be measured under a high precision. SOLUTION: A supporting column 2 and an LM guide 3 are engaged with each other in a fitting relation from each other. A holding lever 4 has a handle H at its extremity end and is extended from the LM guide 3 in a horizontal direction. The holding lever 4 is connected to the supporting column 2 in such a way that it can be moved up and down and then a load cell 5 is arranged below the holding lever 4. The load cell 5 is connected to a fixing member 9 where a sensing part is fixed to an outer flap 98 of a cardboard box 91. The first and second position sensors 61, 62 arranged at a side part of the supporting column 2 detect that a projecting piece 7 passes by the front portion of each of position sensors 61, 62. A time measuring device 18 measures a time required for this motion.
