PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely mount a fixed blade without requiring clamping parts such as screws etc. SOLUTION: A set groove part 28 to which a fixed blade 23 having a movable blade 24 fitted thereto is inserted is arranged at a cassette storage case 5. The set groove part 28 includes a thicknesswise direction regulation part 31 which holds both faces in a thicknesswise direction of the fixed blade 23 when the fixed blade 23 is inserted, thereby regulating the thicknesswise direction of the fixed blade 23, a rear end butt part 32 to which a rear end 23b of the fixed blade 23 butts, an internal engagement projection part 33 formed at an upper end part of the set groove part 28 to be engaged with a fixed blade engagement recess part 23c of the fixed blade 23, and a blade edge regulation part 34 set at a lower part of the set groove part 28 to butt against a lower end part of a blade edge 23a of the fixed blade 23. When the fixed blade 23 is inserted to the set groove part 28, the fixed blade is set while the thicknesswise direction of the fixed blade 23 is regulated by the thicknesswise direction regulation part 31, and moreover, a breadthwise direction of the fixed blade 23 is regulated by the rear end butt part 32, the internal engagement projection part 33 and the blade edge regulation part 34.
