PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the perforation accuracy during molding of a pattern and enhance the ease of perforating operation, and at the same time, enable the screen printing to be performed while the accuracy of a circuit pattern created in a stencil film is maintained. SOLUTION: This printer performs the screen printing from above a stencil film 3 with a circuit pattern which is set on a screen printing frame 5. In this case, the stencil film 3 is previously perforated in the form of a pattern in such a state that the stencil film 3 is stretched over a lightweight thin plate frame 1. After that, the film 3 is firmly fixed on the screen printing frame 5 through the thin plate frame 1. The screen printing plate to be used on this screen printer is provided.
