PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor finishing material directly stuck to a floor slab, capable of reducing the manufacturing cost of a floor product due to the easy connecting/laying work, and having a soundproofing property. SOLUTION: This floor finishing material is made of a layered product constituted of a medium-density fiber board 1, a polyolefin partial cross-linked resin foam body 2 and a soft resin foam body. A recess 6 formed on the side face of this floor finishing material is constituted of the lower notch section 1a of the hard plate-like body 1 and the upper notch section 2a of the hard resin foam body 2, and the area of the wall face 13 of the notch section 1a of the hard plate-like body 1 is made larger than the area of the wall face 23 of the notch section 2a of the hard resin foam body 2.
