PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use other instruments by heating local washing water discharged from the discharge opening of a nozzle, and providing a heating means for increasing up to a target temperature and an electric power limit means for limiting the maximum consumption power of the heating means to the specified W or smaller. SOLUTION: When an anus-washing button is depressed, a hot water/nozzle control device opens an on/off valve, and the heat exchanger of the heating means 31 of an electric power limit means 90 supplies washing water. Washing water is discharged from a discharge opening, collides with the inner face of a nozzle washing cover, flows down on the bowl face of a toilet stool body, and dirt adhering to a nozzle head is washed. A nozzle body is advanced up to a prescribed stroke with a drive motor. Furthermore, a discharge opening rotation part 82 is rotated with the discharge opening drive motor 81 of the discharge rotation part 80 of the electric power limit means 90 provided in the inside of the nozzle head, and washing water from the heat exchanger is discharged from the discharge opening of the nozzle head. Thereby since the maximum consumption power of the heating means 31 is 1100 W or smaller, other instruments consuming 100 W can be simultaneously used.
