PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a field focusing parallel line strand and its manufacture method which plan to make a process of a wire bundle exchanging work shorter. SOLUTION: Using a wire focusing facility 20 which is composed of many swift 14 arranged at intervals on one or a plurality of lines of straight linear focusing lines; a support frame 17 arranged along a longitudinal extension line of a focused line; an air bag 16 to move the support frame 17 vertically in parallel; and a movable truck 19 travelling on a rail 18, a wire bundle 25 is loaded on the movable truck 19 with the support frame 17 kept in ascending state, and the movable truck 19 is moved on the rail 18 to position each wire bundle 25 above each swift 14. The support frame 127 is then lowered by an elevating device to transfer each wire bundle 25 all together to the swift 14, and after the ascending of the support frame 17 again, the wire bundle 25 is drawn out from each swift 14 and bundled, and passed through a forming device for manufacturing a parallel line strand having a fixed shape.
