A novel G protein-coupled receptor protein which is useful in developing drugs and a DNA encoding this protein. The novel G protein-coupled receptor the ligand of which is lysophosphatidic acid and the DNA encoding this receptor are disclosed. Also, a method for screening an antagonist and an agonist of above receptor, a probe and a primer designed based on the above DNA and an antibody against the novel receptor are disclosed. |
