FIELD: medicine, endocrinology. SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of ozonized 0.9% sodium chloride solution at ozone concentration 3.5-5.0 mg/l by intravenous route by drops for 30 min at amount 400 ml/day for 5 days to patients after operation associated with thyroid sicknesses at the background of autoimmune thyroiditis at postoperative period and to patients after conservative treatment. Treatment course involves 5 procedures. Method results to immunocorrection, improves results of surgery operations, enhances effectiveness of the complex treatment of nonoperated patients. EFFECT: improved and enhanced effectiveness of treatment, simplified simple and safety method, absence of complications. 2 ex
