FIELD: mechanical engineering; pipe-laying cranes. SUBSTANCE: proposed crane-pipe layer has side beam and base crawler tractor. This tractor is provided with frame with sidemembers, gantry and during running bogies which are rigidly coupled with tractor frame. Tractor counterweight has frame with set of weights and mechanism with lever and rod for operating the counterweight. Lever is hinge-coupled by one end with running bogie, and by other end, with counterweight frame. Gantry is installed through additional brackets on sidemembers. Mechanical coupling of counterweight frame with tie-rod is made in form of rocker hinge-mounted on lever whose one end is coupled with tie-rod, and the other, through intermediate member, with counterweight frame. EFFECT: provision of increased reach of counter- weight. 1 dwg |
