FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: Goal of invention is achieved by introduced additional primary winding of power transformer, which is inserted in diagonal of full-wave rectifier. Another diagonal of same rectifier is connected in parallel to capacitor and second and third resistors. In addition secondary winding of transformer is connected in parallel to resonance circuit. When input voltage increases, voltage at primary winding and control input of transistor is increased and causes increased working frequency of rectifier, which leads to decreased transmission rate of resonance circuit. EFFECT: increased stability of output light. 1 dwg
