FIELD: alcoholic-beverage production industry. SUBSTANCE: composition of ingredients for strong drink is based on using water-spirit liquid and is as follows: color, honey, citric acid, sugar, young cognac spirit. Also included is infusion of vegetation raw materials with following proportion of ingredients per 1000 dal of ready product, kg: absinthium 0.05-0.15, thyme 6-8, citric acid 0.5-1.5, honey 8-15, color 35-45, sugar 60-100, young cognac spirit, liter 15-25, water-spirit liquid - the balance. Application of aforesaid composition of ingredients allows for producing range of high-quality strong drinks with aroma of meadow grasses of soft-bitter flavor. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
