PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably maintain the pattern of an applied adhesive to be over a long period and at the same time, make a cleaning operation unnecessary to facilitate a coating operation by coating the surface and the inner face of a nozzle and a cap attached to cover the tip part of a spray gun body with a fluororesin coating film. SOLUTION: A nozzle 30 is screwed into the tip part of a spray gun body 20 and at the same time, a cap 40 is fastened to cover the nozzle 30. When an adhesive (a) is applied, the adhesive (a) is blown off from an adhesive blow- off aperture 42 in the cap 40 and at the same time, air (b) is blown off to the adhesive (a) from an upper and a lower air blow-off aperture 44 to form a specified applied pattern. In this case, a fluoro resin coating film is previously formed on the surface and the inner face of the nozzle 30 and the cap 40 to which it is expected the adhesive (a) would be applied. For example, a thermoplastic fluororesin is used and the fluororesin coating film is applied to the nozzle 30 and the cap 40 by soaking these in an aqueous dispersion with a specified melt point.
