PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endscope for observing ultrasonic wave that can provide a good ultrasonic tomography image of an affected part in the inner part of an optically observed mucosa surface optically observed and simultaneously process the affected part with the endscope by, using an ultrasonic probe transmitting, receiving, and scanning the ultrasonic wave from the neighborhood of the tip to the side part. SOLUTION: An instrument projecting hole 4 for projecting a tip of the instrument inserted into an instrument insertion channel 8 from the tip 1 of an insertion portion of an endscope to the inside of an observation field of optical observation means 2, 6, and an ultrasonic probe projecting hole 9 for projecting a tip of the ultrasonic probe inserted into a probe insertion channel 7 from the tip 1 of the insertion portion of the endscope in a direction away from an observation direction of the optical observation means 2, 6 are provided. |
