PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assuredly house each hinge in a case without moving it in an axial direction by projecting outside attaching shaft parts for attaching the attaching part of a seat or a cover provided with rotary shafts of a pair of hinges as a common axis from the insert holes of both the ends of a case body. SOLUTION: A pair of hinges 3 and 4 are inserted into the case body 7 of a holder 2 from the opening part 7b of a lower side. Attaching shaft parts 10b and 11b for attaching the attaching part of seat or a cover having the rotary shafts 10 and 11 of the hinges 3 and 4 as a common axis are projected outside from insert holes 7c provided at both ends. The respective leg parts 12a and 13a of leg parts 12a, 12b and 13a and 13b protruding downward from the hinge cases 12 and 13 of a pair of hinges 3 and 4 are engaged with engaging pieces 9 and fixed to the case body. Thus, the hinges 3 and 4 can be surely housed in the case body 7 without moving them axially.
