PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small ice cream-producing machine having a heating function so that processes required for the production of ice cream can be executed with one machine, at a low cost. SOLUTION: An ice cream-producing machine in which a material vessel 15 equipped with a stirring blade 19 is set ton a cooking chamber 3 provided with a freezing means, a heating means and a stirring blade-driving means, wherein a heating and stirring process for driving the heating means and the driving means, a process for driving only the driving means, and a freezing process for driving the freezing means and the driving means can be executed.
