PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital copying machine management server capable of immediately operating a copying even in a state that a digital copying machine is receiving a printing request from a client terminal equipment at the time of operating the copying by the digital copying machine. SOLUTION: This LAN system is provided with plural digital copying machine 2 equipped with printer functions, printers 3, a digital copying machine management server 1 for managing whether or not the digital copying machines 2 and the printers 3 are being used, and client terminal equipments 4. Then, at the time of operating the copying by the digital copying machine 2 which is receiving a printing request from the client terminal equipment 4, the digital copying machine 2 transfers print data for the printing request to the digital copying machine management server 1, and the digital copying machine management server 1 which receives the print data allows another digital copying machine 2 or printer 3 which is not being used to print the printing data. |
