PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel effectively utilizable form of sewage sludge molten slag and to remarkably increase the effectively utilizable quantity of sewage sludge. SOLUTION: The sewage sludge molten slag and sand are used as fine aggregate of cement mortal and at the time of forcibly feeding to a shield pit 1, the inside of the shield pit 1 is divided into spans with partition walls 10, the filling region is extended from the farthest spans side to vertical shafts 4, 6 side and at this time, the mixing ratio of the sand is increased as the forcibly feeding distance is increased in consideration of the forcibly feeding distance from production plants 11, 12 to each span to increase the flowability and the material separation resistance to secure the forcibly feeding stability.
