<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guide a user on the route in accordance with user's arrival situation in a scene where a specific route is gone around. SOLUTION: When a medical examinee ID and a terminal ID are received from a user terminal 7, user authentication is performed on the basis of the medical examinee ID. When the user authentication is successful, an event for collating an inspection order set regarding the medical examinee to an order server 2. When a reply of the inspection order is received, a medical examination management data base 6 is retrieved and a destination is specified. Then, a set position of the terminal specified by the received terminal ID is made to be a starting point, guidance data for guiding a route with a set position of the terminal specified by the received terminal ID as a starting point and with a location of the specified destination as the terminal are retrieved and read from storage information of a guidance contents data base 8, and transmitted to a user terminal specified by the terminal ID.</p> |
