<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble automatically both dust collecting plates in an electric precipitation filter provided with a first dust collecting plate and second dust collecting plate for collecting charged dust in the air. SOLUTION: This electric precipitation filter has a belt like first dust collecting plate 1 and second dust collecting plate 2 of prescribed lengths. In the first dust collecting plate 1, engagement grooves 6 cut in the width direction from the end face thereof at fixed spaced intervals are provided, and the first dust collecting plate 1 are hung and made along first pins in a zigzag so that the engagement grooves are located in the parts of the first pins which first pins are arranged staggered on first aligning means 11. And the second dust collecting plate 2 is hung and made along second pins in a zigzag which second pins are arranged staggered on second aligning means 12. Next, while the second dust collecting plate 2 is removed from the second aligning means 12, it is moved toward the first dust collecting plate 1. Then, the moved second dust collecting plate 2 is fitted in the engagement grooves 6 of the first dust collecting plate 1 to alternately laminate both the dust collecting plates between the meanders in plural stages.</p> |
