PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method for making exclusive control possible to be performed even if a plurality of access buses are waited for and completing access in a short access time by comparing access destination addresses from respective interfaces through the user of a register storing a read modify write access address in a common memory controller and executing exclusive control. SOLUTION: A register 105 registering an address in read modify write access to a common memory controller 104 is installed. Access request addresses from respective interfaces are compared based on address information. When they coincide with the address, the address is inhibited. A common memory access interface controller 102 executes read-access to the address which is set, changes read data in accordance with a change content setting register and executes control to write the changed data again to a common memory 106.
