PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily discard a used processing solution replenishing container and to facilitate the handling of the container by constituting the container of a bag-like container consisting of soft sheet material, providing a tray in which the container is housed attachably/detachably with respect to a main body case and permitting the tray to house the container only in the case of housing the specified container corresponding to the tray. SOLUTION: This replenishing device uses what is obtained by storing processing solution with which the bag-like replenishing container 23 consisting of the soft sheet material is housed in the tray 22 constituted to be freely pulled out from the main body case. A knob 22A is formed at either end of the tray 22 and an identification projection 22B is formed at the other end. By fitting the projection 22B in a hole part on the inside wall surface of the main body case, the tray 22 is permitted to be inserted to a proper position only when the tray 22 which corresponds to the main body case is inserted, and is prevented from being inserted when the tray 22 which does not correspond to the main body case 21 is tried to be inadvertently inserted.
