PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a center adjusting function while maintaining flatness of an inside face shape by forming an annular constriction and a projection connected to the constriction in a base part of a socket connecting port for a joint with a flat body. SOLUTION: A joint made of synthetic resin or the like is provided with socket connecting ports 5, to each of which a connecting pipe 6 is inserted and connected, in the pipe ends. In the base part of the socket connecting port 5 of the joint, a constriction 1 is formed annularly, while an annular projection 2, which is connected to the constriction 1 and provided with a diameter larger than the outside diameter of a flat body part 4, is formed. In this way, when a bending pressure is applied for adjusting deflection of the center, the constriction 1 and the projection 2 in one of the socket connection ports 5 are compressed on one side and spread, and an angle is changed. When the changed angle is corrected by the constriction 1 and the projection 2 in the base part of the other socket connection port 5, center adjustment can be carried out. Therefore, a center deflection adjusting function and an angle varying function are provided while a technical structure condition for a water pipe with a flat inside face is satisfied, and tilted piping can be also carried out.
