PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mounting bolt from loosening by preventing protrusion of the head part of the mounting bolt from the surface of a pressing plate, in which a recess part is formed, when the bolt is fastened and installing a snap ring in a valve body so as to cover a part of the mounting bolt head part. SOLUTION: A recess part 9, whose depth corresponds to the length of a head part 7a in a seat mounting bolt 7, is formed in a seat pressing plate 6, and the head part 7a of the mounting bolt 7 is received in the recess part 9, so that the outside face of the head part 7a in the mounting bolt 7 is positioned on the same plane as the outside surface of the seat pressing plate 6 so that the head part 7a of the mounting bolt 7 is not protruded from the surface of the pressing plate 6. A snap ring 10 is mounted on the inner circumferential face of a valve body 1 so as to cover a part of the head part 7a of the mounting bolt 7. In this way, the mounting bolt 7 is prevented from loosening or coming off in spite of expansion or contraction due to vibration or thermal change of fluid.
