PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with complicated gear change operation so as to easily and quickly change a gear when one of a main transmission gear mechanism and an auxiliary transmission gear mechanism is operated by arranging a controlling means changing the other transmission gear mechanism to a predetermined position. SOLUTION: In the following step of a main transmission gear mechanism 29, auxiliary transmission gear mechanisms 31, 32 are arranged, which are shifted to an optional gear position by operating shifters 33, 34. A shift pattern selection switch is arranged in a CPU for selecting one of a normal position, an original position, and a step position. In the case of the normal position, auxiliary transmission shift levers for the auxiliary transmission gear mechanisms 31, 32 are operated, and even when a gear of the auxiliary transmission is changed to another gear position by means of the shifters 33, 34, the gear position of the main transmission gear mechanism 29 is not changed. In the case of the step position, the transmission shift lever for the auxiliary transmission gear mechanism 31 is operated, and when the gear is changed to another gear position by means of the shifter 33, a gear position of the main transmission gear mechanism 29 is switched by means of the control of the CPU.
