PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure of a panel in which an attaching bolt can be inserted into and detached from an attaching groove of a furring strip in an arbitrary position, and is not rotated needlessly. SOLUTION: An attaching bolt 3 is formed with a head part 31. The head part 31, whose both ends are projected left and right, has a width such that it can be inserted into an attaching groove 12 from between opening edges 11 of a furring strip 1. The head part 31 of the attaching bolt 3 is inserted into the attaching groove 12 of the furring strip 1 from between the opening edges 11 through a oblong hole 21 of a panel 2 abutted on the furring strip 1, and then, the attaching bolt 3 is rotated so that both the ends of the head part 31 are locked on an inner wall 13 of the attaching groove 12, while a nut 5 is screwed on the attaching bolt 3 so that the panel 2 is attached on to the furring strip 1. Locking protrusions 32 are formed on a rear face of the head part 31 of the attaching bolt 3. Accordingly, when the nut 5 is screwed up, the locking protrusions 32 bite into rear faces of the opening edges 11 of the attaching groove 12.
