PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening portion device which can be assembled easily and quickly without using tools thereby improving the workability. SOLUTION: A opening portion device 5 for forming an opening 4 of a building by interposing a coupling frame member 9 between frame members 6 and 7 facing each other can be built by providing a linking member 14 to one of the surface facing the coupling frame member 9 or an end portion of the coupling frame member 9 and providing a linkage receiving member 19 to the other respectively; and linking the linking member 14 and the linkage receiving member 19 each other by moving the coupling frame member 9 to in-plane direction of the opening portion 4 relative to the frame members 6, 7, and then a holding portion 40 is provided for keeping the state of linkage at least to one of the linking portion 14 and the linkage receiving member 19.
