PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a circular parking space easily even in narrow land, and to utilize land effectively. SOLUTION: Passenger cars 3 are parked radially in a parking zone 5 in conformity with the place of the time of a clock. The mutual distances of the edge sections of the rears of the adjacent passenger cars 3 are set in 20-60 cm, preferably approximately 40 cm at the places of the parking of the passenger cars 3. A rotary lifting device 4 is disposed at the central section of the parking zone 5. The passenger car 3 is entered to the rotary lifting device 4 in forwarding, a framework structure on the outside is rotated, and a cage is lifted and lowered when the above-mentioned framework structure is turned. The cage is stopped at a specified place, and the passenger car 3 is parked in the parking zone 5. Accordingly, since the multistory parking space is constructed in a circular shape, an entrance 2 for the passenger cars 3 can be installed regardless of the positional relationship of the form of land and a road.
