PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a building by providing a ginpole, a suspender, three or more same length step wires having one end and the other end installed around a ginpole central shaft in the same height position in the upper part and the bottom part of the ginpole and a step wire driving block. SOLUTION: Step wires lower than blocks 5 are connected to the bottom part 14 of a ginpole 1 in the equal length to fix a position of the bottom part 14, and the step wires 4 appearing above the blocks 5 are connected to an upper support point 17 of the upper part of the ginpole 1 in the equal length to support an upper position. The ginpole 1 plays a role as a crane by a suspender 3 in this state. In this case, in the ginpole 1, when simultaneously driving the four blocks 5 arranged in the four corners of a work area of the structure part, the ginpole 1 can be raised/lowered while maintaining the erection to be thus used instead of a crane in a crane car unenterable place.
