PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make in-plane shearing bearing force stably and effectively function by arranging support members for arranging/supporting slab panels and restricting members for restricting a horizontal directional position of the slab panels, in a part of beams. SOLUTION: ALC (lightweight aerated concrete) panels 3 being plural slab panels fitted/arranged between arranged large beams 2a of a building in parallel are placed/supported on small beams 2b being support members connected in the direction orthogonal to the large beams 2a. Restricting members 8 for restricting a horizontal directional position are arranged on the large beams 2a in the ALC panels 3. Thus, the horizontal directional position of the ALC panels 3 is restricted by the restricting members 8 arranged in a part of the beams 2a to prevent joint dislocation of the mutual ALC panels 3 as well as to make in-plane shearing bearing force possessed by the ALC panels 3 stably and effectively function so as to thereby obtain a slab structure excellent in in-plane shearing bearing force and in-plane shearing rigidity.
