SOLUTION: This equipment comprises a nozzle unit 18 jetting washing water to private parts, water supply means 9 for supplying washing water to the nozzle unit 18, and instantaneous heating means 10 for instantaneously heating supplied water to warm water. In this case, provided is warm water temperature buffering means 17 for easing a sudden change in warm water temperature by stirring warm water between the instantaneous heating means 10 and the nozzle unit 18 thereby stirring warm water before the nozzle unit 18 for easing a sudden change in warm water temperature.
