SOLUTION: The vibration-damping structure of the bridge has a structure, in which vibration-damping force is loaded to the direction of torsional vibrations of the bridge because a travelling truck to travels in the cross direction of the bridge along a curved track 8. The radius of curvature of the curved track 8 is formed so that the travelling truck 7 travels in specified natural frequency, the frequency of a dynamic damper 2 can be tuned with flutter vibrations for a long period because the period of the natural frequency of the dynamic damper 2 can be lengthened easily by increasing the radius of the curvature, and the manifestation of flutter vibrations can be inhibited. Since an equivalent mass ratio is made larger than an actual mass ratio by taking a distance between the center of rotation of the dynamic damper 2 and the center of rotation of a stiffening girder 4 largely, the manifestation of the flutter vibrations of the bridge can be suppressed even at the time of the small mass of the dynamic damper 2.
