INTAKE-EXHAUST DEVICE AND REFUSE BIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake-exhaust device short in the time when refuse cannot be thrown into a refuse bin, and a refuse bin provided with a function of preventing the expansion of compressed refuse. SOLUTION: An intake-exhaust device 5 is provided with a supply pipe for supplying compressed air into a bellows 30, and an exhaust pipe for sucking air from the bellows 30 by vacuum suction force of a vacuum ejector 55. The supply pipe is a compressed air blasting pipe with an outer diameter of 6 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm, and the exhaust pipe is a compressed air blasting pipe with an outer diameter of 8 mm and an inner diameter of 6 mm. Since the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe is thus larger than the inner diameter of the supply pipe, the flow rate of air passing through the exhaust pipe is larger than that of compressed air passing through the supply pipe. Exhaust time is therefore shorter than supply time so as to shorten time required to compress refuse on the whole in comparison to the case of supplying and exhausting compressed air to and from the bellows through one pipe.
