PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative material obtained by employing a transfer method excellent in production efficiency and excellent in design properties, especially, in three-dimensional design properties and high in surface and internal hardnesses. SOLUTION: An ionizing radiation curable resin layer 2 is preformed on at least the single surface of a base material. A surface protective layer 4 is formed on a release film and, succeedingly, a perspective pattern layer 3 is formed on the surface of the base material 1 to form a transfer film. After the transfer film is laminated or lapped on the ionizing radiation curable resin layer 2 on the base material 1, the whole is irradiated with ionizing radiation to cure the ionizing radiation curable resin layer 2 to separate the release film.
