PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of a working fluid caused by pulsation pressure absorption by regulating the deflection amount in the opposite direction to a liquid pressure chamber of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 24 is supported by a supporting point member 31 and a regulating means 31A. At this time, the supporting point when the diaphragm 24 is deflected is four points, A, B, C and D, so that the areas of the diaphragm allowed to be deflected are three areas, between A and B, B and C, and C and D. That is, the absorbing action for pulsation pressure is performed by simultaneously or independently the respective divided areas of the diaphragm 24. Accordingly, as a whole, the deflection amount to the air chamber 25 side of the diaphragm 24 can be regulated to be larger than before. The regulation is performed especially for a large pulsation pressure component giving an influence on pedal feeding or the like among the pulsation pressure components so that at least only the pulsation pressure component may be absorbed. In this case, the deflection amount can be adjusted by varying the inside diameter of the regulating means 31A.
