PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide reliable electromagnetic wave shield and a means for enabling simple and inexpensive execution of assembling work. SOLUTION: This sash frame for an electromagnetic wave shielding window is constituted of upper and lower frame main bodies 6 and 7 wherein an electromagnetic wave shielding glass window is fitted and a mullion 8, and the split upper and lower frame main bodies 6 and 7 from which insulating coats of connecting portions are removed beforehand and the mullion 8 are assembled integrally and connected to each other by conductors. In the assembling method, the connecting portions of the split upper and lower frame main bodies 6 and 7 from which the insulating coats are removed beforehand and of the mullion 8 are connected to each other simply and reliably by the conductors.
