PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement intersection point fixing method making work simple and rapid, and a fixture (clip) used in the method. SOLUTION: An upper reinforcement 1 and a lower reinforcement 2 overlapped at a specified cross angle are fixed at the intersection point by a fixture 3. The fixture 3 comprises a closing part 4 surrounding the outer periphery of the upper reinforcement 1, and an open part 5 gripping the lower reinforcement 2. The closing part 4 and the open part 5 are integrally formed of hard spring steel material, and during nonuse, the distance between the tips (both open ends) of the open part is narrower than the outer periphery of the lower reinforcement 2. Such a fixture 3 is pushed into the intersection point of both reinforcements from above until the inside of the closing part abuts the outer periphery of the upper reinforcement. The open ends are therefore lowered while opening along the outer periphery of the lower reinforcement and finally closed below the lower reinforcement 2 by elastic force to grip the lower reinforcement 2.
