PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through cylinder body, a cylinder body, a fitting member and a through cylinder body applying method allowing the through cylinder body to be held easily in a stable state between forms in a place where a space between the forms is narrow and structural skeletons such as a wall and a beam of a building are stretched around. SOLUTION: A through cylinder body 13 is composed of a cylinder body 11 formed in cylindrical shape, and fitting members 12 welded to the outer peripheral surface of both end parts of the cylinder body 11. Binding wires 15 are wound around the fitting members 12 and reinforcements 14 for constructing a section part of a wall, a beam, or the like, to hold the through cylinder body 13 in the desired position of the reinforcements 14. The fitting member 12 is formed of metal wire material having required rigidity and three- dimensionally bendable with a hand, so that the fitting member 12 can be arranged in the desired position and direction of the cylinder body 11 by adjusting the bending degree.
