PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve site coping force of a unit building by providing a projecting floor beam and a projecting ceiling beam respectively projecting from the upper/lower end parts of one column constituting a column-beam frame and obliquely crossing the frame surface of the column-beam frame. SOLUTION: A unit building 10 is a building by laterally, vertically, adjacently joining plural building units, and is constituted of three rectangular solid- shaped column omitting building units 11 and a single triangular building unit 21. In the building unit 21, a projecting floor beam 23A and a projecting ceiling beam 24A projecting from the upper/lower end parts of a column 22 constituting a column-beam frame 25, are obliquely crossed with the frame surface. Thus, the building unit 21 can be formed in a triangular shape of not a rectangular solid. That is, the column-beam frame 25 of the triangular building unit 21 is arranged on the outside surface of the corner part of the unit building so that this oblique corner part is arranged so as to run along an oblique line of the contour of a site to thus improve site coping force of the unit building.
