PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a decoration observed three-dimensionally. SOLUTION: This mechanism is composed of a sun gear, a turn table mounted on a rotary drive shaft to cover the sun gear, the first rotary shaft 38 mounted with a bevel gear 38a in a portion projected rotatably from an upper plate, of which other end is held rotatably to a lower plate 6 of the turn table, a decoration gear 34 meshed with the first rotary shaft 38, to which torque of the turn table is transmitted via the sun gear, the second rotary shaft 41 provided with a bevel gear 41a engaged with the bevel gear 38a, and mounted with the first decoration 42 in its tip, and the second decoration 5 fixed on the turn table to surround the first rotary shaft 38 to support rotatably the second rotary shaft 41 in a direction different from the first rotary shaft 38. Three-dimensional movement is allowed by this constitution instead of conventional two-dimensional movement. Since the first rotary shaft 38 is stored inside the second decoration 5 to support the second rotary shaft 41, a unit is easily downsized.
