PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring equipment for aqueous solution of ozone of which reliability in measurement can be enhanced at the time of measuring ozone concentration of an aqueous solution of ozone. SOLUTION: The measuring equipment for aqueous solution of ozone comprises a heater 15, a cooler 18, an ozone concentration meter 19, and pH sensors 22, 23. Aqueous solution of ozone is heated up by means of a heater 15 at a temperature of 50 deg.C-80 deg.C and circulated through a part of the equipment at that temperature. At the time of measuring ozone concentration in the aqueous solution of ozone, the aqueous solution of ozone at a temperature of 50 deg.C-80 deg.C is cooled through a cooler 18 down to a temperature of 0 deg.C-40 deg.C and fed, at a constant flow rate, to the ozone densitometer 19 by means of a constant volume pump 17. After ozone concentration in the aqueous solution of ozone is measured by the ozone densitometer 19 under such a state, pH of the aqueous solution of ozone is measured by the pH sensors 22, 23.
